Surgicryl purple Suture Material

Surgicryl purple suture material is a braided and coated multifilament made of polyglycolic acid. The threads are dissolved via hydrolysis within 60-90 days, 50% of the tensile strength still remains after 21 days. Surgicryl purple provides excellent tissue support and minimal tissue reaction. It is extremely easy to knot and regulate. Its smooth passage through tissues, minimal sawing effect and easy handling optimised the positive characteristic of the Surgicryl purple suture material.
